To validate your warranty you MUST complete training in the proper application of the FMx3. This can be done via our FREE on-line webinar or participation in our In 2Min or Less!® training.
More often than not issues can be resolved without having to return your unit. A Sports Medicine Concepts representative can usually help you resolve your issue with a simple phone call or email. Please provide a detailed description of your issue in the Warranty Service Form below. Please note that our warranty does not cover damage and defects caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to abide by the care and use instructions. To activate your warranty you MUST complete the FREE on-line webinar or have completed In 2Min or Less!® training.
When a return is required SMC will provide a return authorization number (RA) and specific return instructions. Your RA must be included on your shipping label. Warranty returns should be sent to SMC using UPS or FedEx so that a tracking number can be provided. SMC is not responsible for units that arrive without a RA or tracking number. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing your return.
