SMC’s LIVE On-Line Learning Labs are a unique option for cost-effective staff training that offers the hands-on approach that is essential to psychomotor skill development. SMC will broadcast a live lab session via the Internet specifically for your staff. You can opt to set-up a lab on your end as well. SMC staff will then demonstrate important critical care tasks and protocols and then give your staff the opportunity to practice the tasks and ask specific questions. Your staff’s questions are then addressed directly through live demonstration. Your sessions can be recorded for use on web-based education platforms for on-going staff development and review!
